Prior to the first session, a detailed medical history is taken over a telephone consultation followed by a full investigatory reflexology treatment. Together, these allow a bespoke treatment plan that will be specifically drawn up to meet the client’s health needs for the following course of sessions. Please allow up to 90 minutes for an initial session (this includes the telephone call and reflexology treatment).

Follow up sessions: £55
Follow up sessions are 60 minutes (10 minutes for a quick consultation to see how the client has been since previous treatment, followed by a 50 minute treatment).

Hopi Ear Candling

This treatment 𝘤𝘢𝘯 relieve symptoms such as:

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁?

After I cleanse the face and massage the ear, the candle is inserted into the ear canal. It is lit in order to create a suction and vacuum in the ear by warming the air inside, which then rises and escapes (like a ‘chimney’) helping to loosen the ear wax in the process. It is placed and held onto throughout the treatment.

The “bad” is encouraged to shift/lift out (through the technique of lighting the candle) and then leaves the ear as the smoke. The sound itself is relaxing and it is very difficult to stay awake!

To finish I will massage the face (using a lymphatic drainage technique) to further encourage movement and better flow to the sinus area.

Whilst a stand alone treatment is blissful and beneficial, a course of 4 treatments, one week apart, is most effective, especially if it’s to help a specific condition.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage: £40
Indian Head Massage focuses on the head, neck and shoulders. This is the perfect treatment to relax and restore. It sounds like a treat for a special occasion or spa break, but actually an Indian Head Massage has many health benefits both physically and emotionally.

Choose either the sitting down version (where the back and shoulders are more exposed) or the popular lying down version with a weighted blanket (where more face and scalp work can be performed).

Please note that a telephone consultation will need to take place prior to your initial appointment..  The massage treatment lasts approximately 45 minutes, but please allow 50-60 minutes for the whole experience.

Follow up sessions will again be approximately 45 – 60 mins, including a brief recap on how the client has felt since the last session.

Hot Stone Reflexology

Hot Stone Reflexology is the perfect treatment to relieve stress and tension due to the combination of massage, heat and reflexology.

A Hot Stone Reflexology treatment uses heated dense volcanic basalt stones, which have high heat retention qualities that release heat slowly and allows the reflex pathways to fully open-up bringing about a deeper sense of relaxation. The treatment begins when the client feels the energy, warmth and weight of one of the largest grounding stone in my collection, placed near the solar plexus (abdomen) to encourage a deeply calming sensation.

Hot stones are used to massage the lower leg to release all tension in the calf muscles which increases energy flow and makes the reflexology treatment itself more effective. Applying heat to an area of the body helps increase blood flow to that spot, which improves healing. Swapping between using the stones to work areas of the foot and working reflex points in the traditional way gives an incredibly relaxing and beneficial treatment.
